Return and Exchange Policies

  • Special orders are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another model of the same price.

  • Exchanges must be made within two days from the delivery date.

  • If a size adjustment is requested that is not mentioned in the order, a delivery fee of 80 SAR will be charged (for orders outside Jeddah).

  • If there is any damage or signs indicating the product has been used by the customer, the product will not be accepted for return or exchange*
